River Verde Beach is about 1,500 meters long. It is located in one of the most luxurious centers in the world, Puerto Banus.

Puerto Banus is one of the most important marinas in the world, located in the Nueva Andalucia urbanization in Marbella. It was inaugurated in 1970 and since then it has not stopped being successful. In 1975 it was awarded the Gold Medal for Tourist Merit and the Gold Mercury International.

Near the beach of River Verde you will find the remains of a 1st century Spanish Roman villa, known as Villa Romana de Rio Verde. It is located near the mouth of the Rio Verde and is one of the most valuable examples of Roman domestic construction.
